Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Sibarium attended City College, NY and eventually received his Master of Science Degree in Financial Services from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa.

Having devoted more than thirty years to the financial service business, Mr. Sibarium is a thirty one year member of the industries most prestige’s organization, “Million Dollar Round Table” and had been an “off Site” instructor for The American College for more than 10 years.

He began his career as a Financial Professional in what was then the Life Insurance Business. He continued to study and hone his skills, building a very successful private practice. Not being satisfied with his individual accomplishments he felt he could help other to become successful in the Financial Service industry and he believed Many Americans could use the help of a well qualified, educated and professional representative.

As a result Mr. Sibarium decided to begin at the bottom of the managerial ladder with some very respectable and professional companies, winning awards at each level. Finally in 1987, he was given an opportunity to build his own organization with State Mutual Assurance, later to become Allmerica financial. Here he recruited, trained and helped educate some of the most qualified and successful professionals in the industry today.

In November of 1990, Mr. Sibarium was recruited by MetLife to begin what they termed as an “Experimental Agency In the Advance Markets”. He began with himself and an administrative assistant and ten years later his organization, Wall Street Planning Associated Ltd, was one of the Premier Financial service outlets in the Giant fortune 100 company. Today there are many of these organizations throughout MetLife but Mr. Sibarium opened the door.

On September 11th 2001, he and 12 of his colleges were trapped in their office on the 89th floor of One World Trade Center. The smoke continued to build until it was a black as the night. The fire continued to creep toward them and there was no escape. He and his managers were focused on just one thing, Finding a way out. Somehow through their perseverance and divine intervention, a door that had been sealed, the only one still accessible to them, was miraculously opened with just minutes to escape. Most of them made it out as the building was coming down around them.

With his organization wiped out, he refused to quit and began his building process once again with very little staff.
After a while he decided to do something different and with his partner, he began the Midnite Companies.
Many people who knew him wondered why he would deviate from a business he knew so well to a business that was new to him. His reply: “I felt I was spared for a reason and I believe I could help more people through the Midnite companies and their success”.

Mr. Sibarium has been a frequent speaker at events around the USA.

He is very Thankful for the gifts of Tenacity and Resiliency given to him by his parents.

He’s been quoted as saying, “It’s not so much what happens to you in life, but how you Handle It!”
