This offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults, at least one of whom must be gainfully employed. If married, you must travel together, if cohabiting both parties must have ID with matching address. Driver’s license required for verification of age and major bank credit card required – no debit cards. Arrival date must be minimum of 30 days and maximum of 90 days from receipt of your written request.
2. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parent’s room for a US $5.00 per child per night charge, payable with room guarantee.

4. All room accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the resort area and are subject to the availability of TRIPS INCENTIVES’S room allotments. During peak seasons, conventions, holidays or when TRIPS INCENTIVES’S room allotment is full, TRIPS INCENTIVES reserves the right to substitute a different premier resort destination.
5. Should you need to cancel your reservation TRIPS INCENTIVES must receive a minimum of 21 days written notice prior to your arrival date delivered via certified mail only in order to refund your reservation guarantee. No refund of unused portions.
6. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used within the same year.
7. You may reschedule your reservation no less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, with the payment of a US $25.00 reschedule charge payable to TRIPS INCENTIVES.
8. This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law, may not be used in conjunction with or in place of any other vacation or promotional offer and is invalid for use by distributing agents and their employees. 9. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date, using the TRIPS INCENTIVES certificate, regardless of where the certificate was obtained. No exceptions.
10. This offer is not for retail sale and invalid if purchased, bartered, auctioned or not acquired from an authorized sponsor. This offer has no cash value.

12. You must activate this offer within 15 days of receipt by calling the phone number listed on the Vacation Voucher.
13. When calling, you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the resort area in the resort area in the hope that you will vacation with the host resort in the future.

This offer provides standard condominium accommodations for up to 4 persons in a one bedroom unit, and requires payment of US $19.00 per person per night (minimum two [2] persons) for taxes, maid service and administration fees for a minimum of seven (7) nights, payable to TRIPS INCENTIVES on a US bank. Upon Completion of your trip and proof of payment, the Midnite
Companies will reimburse this fee to you.

All condominium accommodations are subject to the availability of TRIPS INCENTIVES’S allotments.

No changes are permitted once reservations are confirmed and there are no refunds of any unused portions. A minimum of 60 days is required for processing. This offer does not include any item not stated in the voucher you will receive.

The Midnite companies, It’s About The children and Trips Incentives is not responsible for any act of God, War or any other circumstances beyond its control.
