The Midnite companies were established to give artists in the entertainment industry a vehicle to develop and showcase their talents. They must believe in themselves with a burning desire to succeed, are entrepreneurial in nature and are interested in helping those in the communities that are less advantaged. It is our belief and goal, that as the artists become successful they will become positive role models and be willing to share their success with the young goal oriented youth. Helping our neighborhoods to grow in an upbeat positive manner through our success is a priority of The Midnite Companies.
While we are focusing on the musical side of the business at this time, it is our intention to expand into other areas of the entertainment industry.
How and why did we begin?
It’s February 26th, 1993, a very young women went to work that morning and proceeded to her office on the 47 floor of World Trade Center Tower One. At 12:18 there was a gargantuan explosion that rocked the building, quickly filling it with smoke, fear and apprehension. Those trapped on the upper floors, had no way out. While the stairwells were accessible, there was no emergency lighting, creating a canyon of darkness, making it just about impossible to navigate an escape without professional help. Six people lost their lives and more than 1000 were injured.
8:46 am September 11th, 2001:
That same young women, 8 years later, now holding a very responsible managerial position with a substantial Financial Services firm had entered the very same building.
As she was making her way to the elevator to proceed to her office on the 89 floor where her firm was located, Terrorist crashed a commercial airliner into those upper floors instantly killing and trapping many innocent people. Her thoughts were immediately with her colleagues, many of who she knew would be there at that hour of the morning.
Her fears were well founded. At that same moment in time, the President and Managing Director of her firm was on the 89th floor, trapped with twelve of her seventy colleagues.
Several years later, while sharing their experiences, the two individuals in this story Charlotte Doreen Small and Robert Sibarium felt strongly that there must have been some special reason for their survival. After a while they concluded that whatever the reason might be and we may never fully know the answer, they had to make a difference, a very positive difference in the lives of others who are less advantaged. {if interested in more detail about the events above, please click on the link below}
They decided to use Ms Doreen Small’s amazing talent as the vehicle to eventually form Midnite Companies and then a Charitable Foundation It's About the Children (IATC) that would benefit our society by helping our less privileged children through an educational process using music and the Arts as the vehicle. We know they CAN OVERCOME, but it is our mantra to have them believe in themselves. Our concept is simple; change their negitive attitudes and habits at a very young age to hope and optimism.Teach them to appreciate themselves and help them to improve their self esteem. Let them know they are SPECIAL and they are SOMEBODY WHO CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

What is the role of the Midnite Companies? We will evaluate the artist’s talent, temperament, coachability and life philosophy to determine what role if any the Midnite companies will play in the process. After a series of interviews, we will reach a decision to determine the probability of helping the artist to achieve their objective, Midnite enterprises and or other Midnite and related companies will evaluate where the artist may need assistance to succeed. Once it is determined and agreed upon by all parties we may enter into one of several different types of contractual commitments:
• A management agreement that may encompass a broad array of services depending on the needs of the individual and the outcome of our evaluation
• An Independent Record Label as a vehicle for the Artist’s music
• A Publishing company for song writers and authors of selected works
• A marketing and promotional company
• A Merchandising company
• Other entities as the need arises
• All of the Midnite Companies and artists are commited to providing support to the “It’s About The Children Foundation”
We don’t try to fool anyone. We will not contract an artist that we do not feel fits into our philosophical model for success. Life is too short! We have a fresh attitude toward the business and we continue to grow. We see this as a tremendous advantage. It will help us to bring in new ideas and ways of marketing as we add to our advisors, staff and consultants with some of the brightest people on the planet. We know we will make mistakes. Who doesn’t? But it is the lack of trying that is the real failure in life. Our commitment to our clients and staff and YOU is that we will Never Give Up!
